Metrosuite Acorn
12′ x 24′, Bachelor, Garden Suite
The Metrosuite Acorn allows you to do more with less. Designed for multiple applications, the Acorn includes a kitchenette, bathroom, murphy bed, and comfortable living/work area. The Acorn is also a great option for a home studio, office space, and can make for a great guest suite.
Metrosuite Lilly Pad
12′ x 34′, One Bedroom, Garden Suite
The Metrosuite Lilly Pad is perfectly suited for backyard living. Our base model includes a functional kitchen, bedroom, and a bathroom. This model is a great intermediary for those looking for flexibility.
Metrosuite Sunflower
12′ x 42′, Two Bedroom, Garden Suite
The Metrosuite Sunflower is our largest garden suite unit and includes a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, & premium windows. The Sunflower is ideal for those looking to generate substantial rental income or for multi-generational families.
Metrosuite’s Five Step Process
1. Qualification
The first step is determining your property’s eligibility. Kindly input your property address in our search engine and one of our representatives will reach out to you in 1-2 business days. Our initial consultation is complimentary.
2. Design
After being qualified, you will have the opportunity to select the Metrosuite that best suits your requirements. At this stage, size, style, and optional features will be determined in coordination with our manufacturer.
3. Order
Once your Metrosuite is ordered, our team gets to work on securing plans, permits, and contractors. We will conduct a survey of your property to determine how your Metrosuite will best fit.
4. Build
Your Metrosuite will be constructed in our factory concurrent with the site work, resulting in significant time savings. Once we receive approval from your local municipality, we install the foundation, and utilities for your Metrosuite.
5. Installation
Your Metrosuite will be delivered and installed in as little as 1 day. Module weatherproofing and touch-ups will be completed as required. And with that, you’re done! Our entire process from start to finish is approximately 4-6 months.
